Michael Kline is a lifelong artist and longtime teacher. He earned a BS-Art from UW Madison in 1985 and his Waldorf teacher certification from the Elmfield Teacher In-Training Course in Waldorf Education in Stourbridge, England in 1998. Since then he has taught at the Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs, NY, the Seattle Waldorf School, the Vancouver Waldorf School in B.C., Three Cedars Waldorf School in Kirkland, WA, High Mowing School in Wilton, NH, and been a guest teacher at Waldorf initiatives in Beijing and Shanghai. Michael currently enjoys being a substitute assistant in one of High Mowing's kindergarten classes. His courses have included a wide range of woodworking projects, copperwork, blacksmithing, willow basketry, stained glass, dulcimer building, stone carving, clay modeling, drawing, painting, art history, and the full range of middle school academic classes.
