Galerie Oiseaux (formerly M Kline Art) is a contemporary art gallery in the beautiful town of Wilton, NH featuring the artwork of owner Mike Kline as well as the unique creations of a number of artisans both local and far-flung, a smattering of French antiques, and other fine gifts.
Original artworks are priced on a sliding scale, with a suggested median and a range covering 10% in either direction, from which customers are invited to choose. 10% of the purchase price is donated to Save the Children, a charitable organization founded in 1919 on the conviction that children have the right to grow up healthy, educated, and safe.
The Putnam Room, a gallery within the gallery named in honor of the Putnam family (previous, longtime owners of the building), is dedicated to exhibiting the artwork of local children and teens. Please contact me if you know a young person or organization who would like to show their work. There is no charge.
Proceeds from the sale of origami birds found throughout the gallery (made from late 1800's French ledger pages) are donated to the Open Cupboard Pantry, an emergency food source for residents of Wilton, Temple, Lyndeborough, and Greenfield.
